01

A problem I lived with

Ten years in the same Belgian SME, first in the field, today as IT Manager & environmental coordinator. Two worlds on the surface, an IT estate and an environmental management system. In reality, the same challenges: equipment, contracts, training, compliance tracking and, above all, deadlines that must not be missed.

02

From frustration to product

For a long time, all of this lived in Excel files scattered across a server. It worked, until the day it didn’t: a forgotten technical inspection, a contract tacitly renewed that we wanted to renegotiate, an expired certification discovered during an audit.

I built a tool to make my own life easier, then realised the problem was the same in many SMEs: assets to track, staff to train, deadlines scattered everywhere, and nobody whose full-time job it is.

03

A conviction

A spreadsheet is passive: it reminds no one of anything. Senzy does the opposite. It is an assistant present every day, watching over your deadlines and reminding you of what matters at the right time. Information is centralised and easy to reach, so that everyone works in the same place, on the same version.

04

Choosing Senzy means choosing proximity

Senzy is developed and published by one person. I don’t hide it, it is how I work: when you write, I am the one who answers. A feature you are missing, an inconsistency, an idea: it lands directly with the person who can implement it.

Your data stays yours: hosted in Europe, backed up, exportable at any time. If Senzy no longer suits you, you leave with what belongs to you.

A question, an idea, a specific need?
