4. Intellectual property
The website, the application, their structure, texts, visuals, logos, databases and code are the exclusive property of the publisher or are licensed to the publisher. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or extraction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited, except for use strictly necessary to operate the service under the conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions.
The name and logo “Senzy” are distinctive signs of the publisher.
Data entered by customers in the application remains the property of those customers (see Terms and Conditions).
5. Liability
The publisher endeavours to ensure that the information published on the website is accurate and kept up to date, without any guarantee of completeness. The descriptions of features, prices and plan limits shown on the website are indicative; only the Terms and Conditions and the order summary are binding.
The website may contain links to third-party websites over which the publisher has no control and for whose content the publisher accepts no responsibility.

6. Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data and the use of cookies or equivalent technologies are described in the Privacy Policy. The website uses no audience measurement cookie and no advertising tracker.

This legal notice is governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to the website falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Liège, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction rules applicable to professional customers established outside Belgium.
