Equipment, installations and devices: an inventory that is always up to date
From the forklift to the boiler, from the laptop to the SIM card: every asset has its record, its person responsible and its maintenance.
Without a tool, this is what happens
Who has the second laptop bought in March? The invoice exists, the assignee does not.
The boiler in building B has a maintenance contract, but the date of the next visit is in the mailbox of someone who has left the company.
How many spare fire extinguishers are left in the workshop? The last count dates back to last year.
What Senzy does
Four modules, one inventory
Equipment (handling, lifting, tools, safety, IT…), technical installations sorted by category, devices (smartphones, tablets, computers, printers) and phone lines: every asset has a record with status, assignment, documents and history.
Stock for interchangeable items
25 hard hats, 40 chargers, 12 spare fire extinguishers: the Stock tab counts quantities per site and per location, without creating a record for every single item.
Maintenance planned and recorded
Interventions carried out or planned, provider, cost, documents: the Maintenance tab of every piece of equipment or installation keeps the record and calculates the next due dates.
One QR code per asset, one public page
Generate a QR code for each piece of equipment, installation or device: the public page opens without logging in, with the fields you choose and, if you wish, the last ten interventions.
Total cost of ownership, contracts included
Purchase price, cumulative maintenance and monthly cost of linked contracts (service, lease, warranty, supply): the record shows what the asset really costs.
Device and phone line linked
A smartphone and its SIM card are linked in one move: the assignee is synced both ways, and the pair counts as a single resource.

Who sees what
Like every Senzy module, Equipment and installations has its own access rights, set independently of the others: no access, “Self only”, view or modify. Users are unlimited on every plan.
In “Self only” mode, an employee sees the equipment, installations, devices and lines they are responsible for or use, read-only, and can add documents to them.

A team’s IT estate and smartphones: who has what, under which warranty, with which line.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a piece of equipment and a stock item?
A piece of equipment has an individual record (serial number, person responsible, maintenance). A stock item counts interchangeable units, per site and per location, without a record per unit. Both count as one resource in your plan.
Does the QR code’s public page show who uses the device?
No. The fields displayed are configurable, and the assigned employee never appears on a device’s public page.
What happens when a printed QR code is lost or compromised?
The Regenerate button creates a new token: the old QR code, even if already printed, no longer works.
Can I import my existing inventory?
Yes, by Excel or CSV import, with a template listing the recognised columns. For a piece of equipment, only the name and the family are required on import.
