Everyone only sees in the reports the modules they have access to; administrators see everything.

Like every Senzy module, Reports and dashboards has its own access rights, set independently of the others: no access, “Self only”, view or modify. Users are unlimited on every plan.

Reports and deadlines have no permission of their own: everyone sees the modules they have access to, and a report stays closed as long as its source module is not open to them.

Are reports included in the Essentiel plan?

Yes: the reports of your plan’s modules, the dashboard, the deadlines screen and the PDF and CSV exports are included in every plan. Scheduled email delivery starts with the Maîtrise plan.

Can I receive a report automatically?

From the Maîtrise plan: schedule a weekly, monthly or quarterly delivery, as PDF, to the recipients of your choice. The filters are frozen at the time of creation.

Can the “due soon” threshold for deadlines be adjusted?

No, it is fixed at 60 days. The lead times of email alerts, on the other hand, are set separately in the notification settings.
