A resource is a physical asset you track in Senzy: a vehicle, a piece of equipment, an installation, a device, a phone line, a stock item. If you can touch it, it is a resource.

Nothing else counts towards your limit: not users, not employees, not contracts, not stock locations, not skills, and not expense reports or training where your plan includes them. Only physical assets count.

A smartphone with its subscription counts as one resource, not two. A stock item also counts as one resource, whatever the quantities and however many sites it is stored on.

Skills and qualifications are included in every plan: you record who holds which qualification, until which date, which skills are required on which resource, and you are alerted before each expiry — without creating a single training course. Training management, from the Maîtrise plan, adds the organisation: a catalogue, scheduled sessions with their attendees, training requests and training providers.

The amount shown is the amount you pay. No set-up fee, no per-user cost, no quote.

As many as you like, on every plan. Senzy is only worth something if your teams use it: we do not charge for adoption.

Your data is never deleted or locked for reading. You simply cannot add any more while you are above the limit. You move to the next plan up when you decide to.

Yes. An upgrade takes effect immediately: you only pay the difference, calculated pro rata. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep what you bought until the end.

No charge: you have not given a credit card. At the end of the trial, your account switches to read-only: your data remains viewable and exportable, and you choose your plan based on what you actually used. Without a subscription within 70 days of the end of the trial, your company and its data are deleted, after two email reminders.

Senzy is for businesses only. Our prices are therefore shown excluding VAT, and your number lets us apply the right regime: Belgian VAT for Belgian customers, reverse charge for VAT-registered customers in France and Luxembourg.

You are billed once for the year, and you only pay for 10 months: 2 months are free.

Yes. No commitment, from within the application. Your subscription runs until the end of the period already paid for. After that, your data remains viewable and exportable in read-only mode for 70 days; without reactivation within that time, your company and its data are deleted, after two email reminders.

Yes. Excel export is included on every plan, at any time — including the day you leave.

By CSV import, on every plan and in every asset module. Your current Excel file is your starting point, not your enemy.
